The delivery times provided by the carriers are always indicative and are valid from the notification of dispatch of your order.
In 99% of cases, if all the products in your order are in stock and you place your order before 12:00 p.m., your package is shipped the same day.
However, some products require a longer shipping time, in this case, this is specified on the product sheet.
If a product requires a longer lead time, the entire order will be impacted. Otherwise it must be ordered separately so that the rest is delivered before.
We deliver to France, the main European countries, Canada and the DOM TOM.
We can also ship your packages to any country in the world if you require. If your destination does not appear in the choices when ordering, do not hesitate to ask us.

Chrono relay (relay point) - Delay announced: 1 to 2 working days
Standard delivery to your address - Delay announced: 2 to 4 working days
Priority delivery to your address - Delay announced: 1 to 3 working days
Express delivery to your address - Delay announced: 1 working day
These rates are valid within the limit of shipments of 30kgs. For any special request or shipment to a country not available for delivery when placing your order, contact us.

From 2 to 5 days.
Shipping with DPD or Chronopost classic.
Delivery to DOM-TOM and Switzerland
Delivery in Switzerland: from €30 excluding tax. Delay around 5 days excluding delay related to local customs clearance.
Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion: Delivery by Colissimo only, within 5 to 7 working days.
Price according to the weight of your order (you can view the delivery cost in your basket).
Note: for all deliveries outside the European Union (DOM and Switzerland), the prices charged are exclusive of tax (HT). Customs clearance costs will therefore be borne by the customer. Please find out about this before confirming your order because the shipping costs will not be refunded in the event of a package being refused due to customs charges.
